General Policy

General Terms • Events & Co reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe. • All terms outlined in your contract and invoice apply in full. • By booking, the client agrees to all policies stated above.

Booking & Payment Policy

Booking & Retainer • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date and inventory. • Quotes are valid for 3 days only and are not considered booked until the retainer is received. • Final payment is due 14 days prior to the event date. • Bookings made within 14 days of the event must be paid in full upon booking.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations & Changes • All retainers are non-refundable. • Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable in full. • Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in writing. • Changes to orders must be made no later than 14 days prior to the event.
