General Policy
Every order is custom-made, requiring significant preparation, planning, and ingredient sourcing. For this reason, all custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking. The remaining balance is due 3–5 days before pickup or delivery.Allergen Notice: Our facility handles common allergens including nuts, wheat, dairy, soy, and eggs. While we offer allergy-conscious options, cross-contamination is possible. Customers with severe allergies must disclose this before ordering.Design Accuracy: While we do our best to match inspiration photos, we do not replicate copyrighted or trademarked characters without permission. Wedding and large-event cakes require both delivery and on-site setup to ensure structural safety.If you have any concerns with your order, please notify us within 12 hours of pickup/delivery. Once items have been handed over, storage, transportation after pickup, and handling are the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations made more than one week in advance may be rescheduled (subject to availability), but deposits will not be refunded due to time and materials already invested. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled date require full payment, as perishable ingredients and labor have already been allocated.
