How do I list my business or services on Evynd?

Simply create a Vendor account, choose a Vendor Plan, and set up your profile. You can add service listings, photos, pricing, descriptions, and your location. Once published, Clients will be able to find and contact you.

Do Clients book or pay me through the platform?

No. Evynd does not process payments or bookings between Clients and Vendors. Clients send you inquiries, and you communicate with them off-platform to finalize details, contracts, and payments.

What am I paying for when I choose a Vendor Plan?

Vendor Plans allow you to:

  • Increase visibility in relevant categories
  • Evynd does not take commissions from your sales — you only pay your plan fee.
  • Advertise your business on the platform
  • Publish service listings
  • Get inquiries from potential Clients
How do Client inquiries work?

When a Client sends an inquiry from your listing or profile, you’ll receive it through the contact information you provided. You can respond directly to the Client and continue the conversation off the platform.

Am I required to provide contracts, deposits, or cancellation policies?

Yes. Because all bookings and payments are handled outside the platform, each Vendor is responsible for setting and communicating:

  • Pricing
  • Deposit requirements
  • Contracts (if applicable)
  • Cancellation and refund policies

Clearly sharing these policies helps avoid misunderstandings with Clients.

I want to join the site but don’t see my service category listed. What should I do?

If your service is not listed, please use the Contact Form on the Contact Us page. Tell us what type of service you offer, and we’ll review it. If it aligns with our platform and is a good fit, we will be happy to add the category.

How do I contact a vendor about their service?

You can contact any Vendor by clicking the “Message Vendor” button on their profile or listing. This will open an inquiry form where you can describe your request, ask questions, or request availability. The Vendor will then reply directly to you through the contact method you provided.

Do I book or pay for services through the website?

No. Evynd is an advertising and discovery platform only. You do not book or pay for services through the site. All arrangements — pricing, availability, deposits, and final payments — happen directly between you and the Vendor.

How do I know if a vendor is trustworthy?

Each Vendor must register and create a profile with accurate information. However, Evynd does not employ or verify Vendors. We encourage Clients to:

  • Review Vendor photos, descriptions, and portfolio items
  • Ask questions through the inquiry form
  • Request contracts or references

All decisions and agreements are made at your discretion.

What if I have a dispute or issue with a vendor?

Since Evynd is not involved in bookings or payments, any disputes must be resolved directly with the Vendor. We recommend addressing issues in writing and reviewing the Vendor’s policies before agreeing to any service.

Does Evynd charge clients any fees?

No. Evynd is completely free for Clients to browse, discover Vendors, send inquiries, and contact service providers.

What if I can’t find the service I need?

If you don’t see a service you’re looking for, you can send us a message through the Contact Form. We’re always working to expand our categories and add new vendors based on client needs.
